My core hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm UK time. Occasional weekend work is possible by arrangement — usually for events or launches.
You can roll up to 5 hours into the next month. Beyond that, unused hours don't carry — but you can scale your retainer down with 14 days' notice.
Absolutely. I slot in alongside in-house staff, freelancers, accountants — whatever your setup. Most clients use me for the bits no-one else has time to own.
